Below are the detailed steps about how to rip DVD movies to mpeg using DVD Rip software

Step 1: Free download and install DVD Rip software

Free download DVD Rip mpeg Converter.

To install it, run the .exe file and follow the installation instructions to install.

 

Step 2: Load Your DVD Movie to DVD to mpeg converter

Click "Add DVD" in the DVD Ripping converter interface, and then the "Add DVD" window automatic pop-up. You can select "open DVD device" or "open DVD folder" to add DVD files from your hard disk or import DVD movies from DVD device.

 

 

Tips: If tick the "Use 'DVD Navigation Mode' to search valid titles" option, you can choose "Search Main Title"or "Search All Valid Titles" option to import your dvd movies even then lastest copy protected DVDs.

Step4: Rip DVD Movies to mpeg format and set output file path

1)Click the "Profile" drop-down list to select the mpeg as output format. The dvd ripping software allows setting different mpeg output formats such as rip dvd to mp4 - mpeg-4 video, convert dvd to mp4- h.264/mpeg-4 avc video, rip dvd movies to mpg- mpeg-1 video, convert dvd movies to mpg- mpeg-2 video.

Step5: By highlighting the mpeg file, you can set the mpeg files info including video resolution, video codec, frame rate, bitrate and audio codec by clicking “setting” button.
