If you need to take a snapshot of your desktop or capture anything on the screen you see and save the screenshot automatically to image file and then you can do this quickly and easily with PCHand Screen Capture.

 

Here is step-by-step guide you how to take a snapshot of your desktop or capture anything on the screen you see:

Step 1: Download and install PCHand Screen Capture

Step 2: Double click the icon and run PCHand Screen Capture

Step3: Open anything on the screen which you want to capture such as scrolling webpage, window, button, taskbar, scrolling document and grab video image of some DVD or game programs. For Example: take a screenshot of program interface.

Step 4: Select a capture profile icon according to you need to. If we want to take a screenshot of program interface, click the "Window" in Capture Profiles
step 5: Choose any one option which you want to output from the"Output". For example

Step 6: Press or press the capture hotkey. And then a red rectangle appears. Move the rectangle to choose a window which you want to capture. Finally click to complete the capture and the screenshot is sent to the selected Output. You could directly save the screenshot as jpg file when step 5 you could choose File or File(Auto Save) as output.

 

Tip 1: The step 4 you can also choose the "Window" from the "Input".
Tip 2: If you want to direct output to the word/powerpoint/email ect, you could set suitable "output" options.

Tip 3: If you select "Edit" from output options, you could also edit the screenshot with the powerful built-in editor.
